I'm grateful for this slow rainy morning to pack and prepare for my trip to Pennsylvania. I'm grateful that my friend Whitney told me about this festival ( her workshops are mindful movement and the zone of authenticity) I'm driving from Grand Rapids and found cook state park and the Ancients, on the way. I'm excited to sit and explore with some old trees the day after my long drive.
