Workshop Talk

Reflecting on what I shared at Anahata’s and my experience overall and I realized that almost exactly one year after becoming an ArtPrize installation, ‘The Zone of Authenticity’ became a workshop for the first time.

This was just one small, meaningful piece but I just wanted to thank @rachel.mitton and everyone who joined for letting me try this new experiment/experience in authentically relating with self and other with the intention of expanding our empathy and creating meaningful connections within and with other. Love you so much. Feeling grateful for this community and being welcomed in with open arms.

I am excited to see what the next iteration of this is.

For those who were in the Embracing the Dark Goddess workshop ...

Did anyone else experience ancient smells / feel literal feathers on them?

As we were all deep in it, raging, and moving BIG SHIT I was smacked in the face with a deep rich mahogany tobacco scent and felt the softest feathers caressing my arms .... Those two things combined with the actual storm we pulled in sent me off into space...

I got a bit of confirmation on the feather energy.
