Hey y’all!

I’m excited to be returning for my fourth AP and third time facilitating this year! I’m a trauma therapist, and I love to support folks in healing relationship trauma, whether that’s in our relationships with ourselves, others, or the collective. My work is anti-oppressive, compassionate, curious, informed by science, and spiritually-connected. Outside of work, I love getting creative and DIY home repair & renovation. I’m currently into illustration and writing and trying to learn more about wood working. I live in Baltimore with my partner, Chris, and my kitty, Squirtle.
