Even though I absolutely loved going to Philly and the Mütter Museum yesterday, going directly into a large city was a big shock to my system. There was trash everywhere, people everywhere, lots of noise, honking, etc. Today I'm going to give myself grace while I get things done that I need to get done and take my time doing them. I love and miss you all. 💚

I hear you, the rush of people and traffic is a shock. Taking the train back rather than driving this year made the the transition a little smoother. The longer I can keep my Anahata’s bubble the better.
