Returning to work is always so hard after leaving an environment where I feel so safe. Having this with me to remind me of the joy I experienced this past weekend is lovely, and it will stay there until next year, when I start to prepare for Anahatas again. Open to any suggestions on how to keep the joy and peace I experienced, while returning into the world.
