Feeling really proud of my integration this year. I planned myself lots of spaciousness and have been able to move very slowly. I’ve spent a majority of the time by myself even though friends and family want to connect & hear about my experience. There’s no rush and that feels SO good. Grateful for all the medicine and the space to let it all simmer in ✨
