Hiya folks —

I’ll be facilitating Dancing with Deity on Saturday from 10 - 11:30am In Bethany 3.

Here’s what you can expect:

• Intro to me

• Chat about my framework for building relationships with the divine, however that looks to you (and you’re divine too, so what could that look like? )

Spoiler alert:

I believe in the practice of self devotion (vs the colonized and co-opted term ‘self care’).

• Embodied movement (at your pace and energy level) to prerecorded music with intuited prompts to sink into the divine, the divine in us, and the path into what devotion might look like next.

• Then a quick debrief and thanks!
