Whether it’s helping with setup, assisting during workshops, or lending a hand behind the scenes, volunteers play a key role in making the event run smoothly. This Volunteer Agreement demonstrates how we value our volunteers. We want to assure you that we appreciate your contribution to our event. We are dedicated to ensuring that you have a quality volunteer experience which is both productive and rewarding.

We at Anahata's commit to providing you the volunteer with the necessary tools and information needed to accomplish your volunteer tasks. We will have a pre-event volunteer meeting, and you will receive specific roles and expectations before the event begins. We will provide you with adequate notice that your volunteer application has been accepted, and if you do not hear from us directly then you have not been accepted as a volunteer this year. We will do our best to match your volunteer task with your interests and abilities.

You the volunteer, understand that you are WAIVING LIABILITY as outlined on all ticket purchases for attendees. Please come prepared to purchase your meals during mealtimes with the rest of attendees.

You the volunteer, agree to allow PHOTO/VIDEO collecting during the event for promotional purposes which may include shots with you in them.

You the volunteer, agree to abide by Anahata's Community Standards which is located in the Info section of the website.
