I’m so excited to share the workshop Feel Your Feelings this year! I’m going to be writing out the detailed agenda this week and next, and it’d be great to give attention to your questions. If you’re thinking about attending this workshop, what would most want to learn/receive from our time together? What questions do you have about feelings?

I briefly learned about how the physical reaction to some emotions normally lasts around 30 seconds, but that our focus on the feeling can bring it back again like a wave.
Personally, I’d love to learn more about this and how to work on not “retriggering” the feeling again. Or at least controlling my response to the unease & being able to observe it more. I hope that makes sense lol.
