About The Event

Join Breathwork Facilitator and Awenydd, Andrew Zieger, along with Anahata’s Purpose Curator and Esoteric Practitioner, Rachel Mitton, for our first weekend retreat focusing on our most popular workshop - Transcendental Breathwork.

This weekend we will deep dive into the subconscious mind through guided journeys and breathwork practices to unravel layers of trauma in a safe and supported environment.

During this weekend you will partake in three different kinds of guided journeys as well as understanding sigil work to creating your own ceremonial magic based upon your experiences from your breathwork journeys.

You will be provided a deer hide drum that you will construct using traditional techniques over the course of the weekend. We will complete our last day by painting our sigils onto our own personal deer hide drum, which you will then be able to take home for continued practice.

This retreat has a max of 20 people.

Tickets include communal house lodging, deer hide drum and class supplies for each person.

Meal plan tickets will be released a month prior to the event.
