BLACK LIVES MATTER

Anahata's strongly stands with the black lives matter movement.
As a platform for wellness and well being, there is not doubt that the message, meaning and movement of black lives matter is ensuring that the black community feels loved, well, cared for & safe.
Something everyone should feel.
We will not have a single facilitator teach a class on wellness if they do not believe in the BLM movement. It is of our opinion that if you can not get on board and see how this movement is to bring peace and wellness to those who need it, that they still have some work to do and are not welcome to use our platform.

We have attached below a list of resources for you for learning and educating yourself so that we can all do our part in making our community and country a safe place for the black community, as well as speak out again injustice and racism.
